Great service, everyone is very kind and professional. They were on time.
If I could do a zero stars, I would. 2nd time my oil has been overfilled by a ford dealer (first at this dealer). Overfilling is just as bad as underfilling. The crank will whip up the oil creating foam which will reduce lubrication. This is just carelessness on the part of the mechanic. I would not expect to have to check my oil after a professional changes it but the constant smell of burning.oil after the change told me there was a problem. We brought the car in for an oil change and they also did an inspection. Found a bolt in a tire. Had that repaired and got new windshield wipers. Left with a clean car. Thank you Beau Townsend Lincoln! Great service!
