Please believe every negative review you read. Teresea acts like she is nice but she is racially motivated. You do get points for making great reviews to earn towards gift cards. Other residents were moving and she came to me who is black and asked me was i throwing mattresses away because you’re not allowed to do that. Why would you ask me that. Complex is clean, the staff is super friendly! No problems with parking and very pet friendly. Looking forward to many good days here.
Great place to live- quiet, affordable-ish prices, nice neighbors, great location. Theresa in leasing office is great and very helpful, she takes my dog out if maintenance needs to come in and fix something. Maintenance has been minimal but quick to respond when needed.
Well I thought long and hard about making a review on Beau Jardin and I wasn’t going too but I do think it is very needed , to help someone in the future ! This place is honestly a living hell ! I highly suggest that everyone should meet the property manager before moving in . I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Teresa Kiefer, our exceptional apartment manager. Recently, she went above and beyond to help me find a parking spot, even taking the initiative to shovel ice from the parking area so that I could park my car safely at night.
