Horrific billing department. A complete joke. We will being to driving to Lincoln now for our healthcare needs.
You wait forever and then don't get the help you need and if you do get the help you need it ain't much. And if you want to pay a bill online you can't cause they don't have the website setup correctly or at all. You never get the help you need and if you do it takes forever, they say they so busy and no one ever in the hospital, they don't want to help people at all, although there are a few good doctors it's hard to get them.
I have never had problems with BCH Emergency Department. They got me right in, diagnosed me, and sent me home with medication. Great teamwork!!!
The Beatrice hospital staff were so great to me even though I was very sick and in a lot pain
