my mom went to the er last night because she has seriously something wrong and the minute they tested her for covid and came back negative she all of sudden got poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. when she got discharged her clothes on the floor. They said her blood sugar was fine even though she had to recieve sugar to bring it up. They said her blood pressure was fine even though it was 225/135. I hate how they treated my mother.

I'm so upset with Lisa Davis from patient financial services! she has been very rude to my daughter who is on disability dew to her having cancer she was very mean to my daughter telling her she has to pay more a month than she can afford she was told her payment was not enough for there guide lines!! listen here my daughter is fighting for her life and you call and berate her because her payment is not enough for you!!!shame on you!! I will make shur i spread the word!!!
They really care about the quality of the job they do and the people that they serve. They got me through a scary and difficult experience with ease and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
The staff in all departments are wonderful!! Took very good care of our mother while she was a patient in acute care. Special shout out to Melanie and Emma she loved these girls
why is it that bch is the only hospital that don't test for coronavirus in the state of Nebraska?

The care I received at BCH was outstanding! I had a scary ER visit with subsequent admission for multiple PEs, and every person I came into contact with was kind, thoughtful, caring, and best of all, competent! I saw countless nurses, a few techs, and two amazing physicians, Dr. Sullinger and Dr. Bear. I can honestly say that BCH saved my life (literally) and my family and I could not be more grateful. Thank you to everyone at BCH! We are blessed to have such a fantastic facility in our community!
