I was just here yesterday. I found a disco dress, but in several colors. They're one of the two or the stores in Chicago that carries Ben Nye. They have some awesome stuff however you have to take the time to look. The employees that I encountered yesterday were very helpful.
I usually enjoy my experience here but tonight their apparent manager Norbert, was talking down to and being rude to another employee who was helping us all he could even though it was busy. I confronted Norbert and asked him to be more respectful to his employees to which he cusses me out to my face telling me I have no business telling him what he should do and proceeds to tell me to get the fuck out of his face like he wouldn't care. First time in here to get heels for a cosplay and amazing! Prices are amazing! As well as the people who work here! They are helpful and friendly and their products and merchandise they have let's just say If I could I would buy everything here. Lol
