This restaurant deserves a Michelin Star. Truly outstanding. I don't live in Denver but this is one reason to make me revisit. A must!
Ordered the Dungeness crab gnocchi for an appetizer. Didn't see any crab on my plate. If you think strands of crab mixed in with the 15 gnocci is going to cut it, I don't think so. There should be lumps of meat the same size as the gnocci. Ordered the halibut and steak for dinner. Steak had a very gamey taste,only 4 slices and I didn't even want to finish them. What a stunning experience. We were celebrating a birthday and every aspect of service was on point. Every dish was exceptional and unique. Our server, Adam, was personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining. This was perhaps the most elegant, special, quirky, delicious, and satisfying dining experience I've ever had. I am a BIG fan of Beast + Bottle.
