If the bartender who was supposed the manager is really I see why the customer service here is horrible. The food is great. But again customer service from the servers to the bartender/so called manager are horrible. Go anywhere else but here. Or let someone else train the people. The little short person so called manger behind the bar is terrible. I’ll gladly speak to anyone above this person regarding this beyond horrible customer service
I love Bears. Every time I get a chance we go. The food is Amazing!!! The Staff are awesome! I always order a little extra for lunch the next day. Thank you Bears!!!��
I had the 3 meat combo of wings, ribs and sausage which was fantastic!!
Only issue I find with Bear's is that there isn't a closer venue for MA. residents... well worth the trip, you won't be disappointed.
50 cent Wing Wednesday was excellent
We used Bears Catering for our wedding 5/19/18 and it was AWESOME! People were so happy we had BBQ at a wedding, and it fit in so perfectly with our rustic/casual vibe. We had so many compliments on the food! Also wanted to mention how great the staff at Bears caterering were to work with, my coordinator and I were in touch with them in the months leading up to the wedding and they always responded promptly to our requests. Working with Bears was easy and made my wedding day so much better. THANK YOU BEARS!!!!
