We ordered our food last week through dine in ct and our $85 was missing food. The manager I spoke with basically blamed it on me and said she packed everything so there’s nothing they can do other than to submit an email to the store. Will be doing my business elsewhere, very poor customer service.
I was flying home to BDL on Friday I placed a online order for a family pack =1 full chicken 1lb brisket 3 sides at 4:54 pm for 9 pm pick up ,I paid online at 4:54 upon plane landing I have a voice mail from 8:30 from bears stating they have no more chicken for me.on arrival I’m told there is no chicken for me I can choose from pulled chicken burnt ends or pulled pork. We ordered brisket and it wasn’t to our liking! Called the place and the owner was great ! Not only gave us new order also included side dishes and apple crisp! Now this is what I call customer satisfaction! Thank you guys ! Will order again and again
As usual, brisket and pulled pork were amazing. Beer was cold. What more can you ask for from a BBQ joint?
