I had the opportunity to try the food truck at a local brewery and was hugely disappointed. At 6pm the truck was out of beans and slaw. The pulled pork was delicious but cold. The pulled chicken was too salty and also cold. The mac n cheese was bland and clearly sat around for too long, it was dry. The service left much to be desired, I was informed about sides not being available with one line answers and a poor attitude. There was no apology, no attempt at getting me to try something else.
