Dear Friends, just wanted to share a recent experience with BEAR's plumbing company. We had to change washers in 1 faucet and replace 4 cartridges in 2 commercial faucets and the company charge me 200$ on the first visit for evaluation and washer change in 1 faucet and then I waited for about a week for the cartridges to arrive and then charged me additional $540 to replace the 4 cartridges. We had an amazing experience working with Bear's Plumbing on a variety of jobs, including replacing shower pans and drains, replacing a tub stopper in a cast iron tub, installing new cartridges in showers, setting a new sink and faucet, and installing new shut-off valves for our dishwasher and ice maker. We plan to install a new Moen Smart shut-off valve on our main water line and Bear's will be our first choice to do the work.
