I am going on my second year. Just signed my new lease. Our apt. grounds and units are well maintained. Once a year we can have our carpets cleaned for free. ( now that's a huge bonus ). Our buildings are secure with each occupant having a key card to access building. We have wonderful amenities, swimming pool with barbecue , firepit and canopies. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! I have lived in many different apartment complex around the DENVER AREA AND THIS IS by far THE WORST ever! I don't even know where to begin! Let's see while I was pregnant during the summer I kept putting in mat'n requests as the air condition kept braking and they would come "fix" it but it would break the next day and then they had the nerve to tell me it's fixed they don't know why I keep saying it's broken, so you're telling ... Bear Valley Park Apartments Lovely apartment complex in the beautiful bear valley area. Looking for a friend I drove through the complex and picked up informational spec sheets for her. The prices range from 769.00 to 1029.00 and have a beautiful resort style outdoor heated pool. Garages are available for an extra $85.00. Best of all you can have up to two dogs as long as they weight less than 60 lbs each. They do charge a non-refundable 300.00 deposit for each and an extra $25.00 a month rent fee.
