Bear Valley Park Apartments Lovely apartment complex in the beautiful bear valley area. Looking for a friend I drove through the complex and picked up informational spec sheets for her. The prices range from 769.00 to 1029.00 and have a beautiful resort style outdoor heated pool. Garages are available for an extra $85.00. Best of all you can have up to two dogs as long as they weight less than 60 lbs each. They do charge a non-refundable 300.00 deposit for each and an extra $25.00 a month rent fee.
As a forewarning, this is going to be a long story. Long story short - they jerked us around and I'm pretty sure they were trying to put us in a smaller unit than the one we were originally assigned to, because the large unit we signed for is probably a lot easier to sell. Our unit wasn't ready for our scheduled move-in date (August 10th - they told us 4 days before we were supposed to move in), because of damage from the last tenant (according to them). I'm always impressed and pleased with the quick maintenance service I've received from the efficient, respectful and friendly maintenance staff here at Bear Valley Park Apartments over the five years that I have lived here!! Thank you to the office staff for being friendly and helpful, too. I love the look and upkeep of this complex and it's closeness to many shopping stops nearby!!!
After speaking with the wonderful office staff-Veronica, Gina and Mary-the attentive and responsive maintenance team lead by Raphael, immediately checked out my microwave. A work order with service times, service provided and need for a new part to fix the unit was left on the stove for me to see. I appreciate the timeliness of service and look forward to soon having a working microwave soon. Thank you BVP!
Great property, Office crew is awesome. They take care of the residents all the time.
Below are my concerns in response to your staff at The Bear Valley Park Apartments and a brief rundown of "the straw that broke the camel's back". There is NOTHING that justifies the rent at this complex. Everything is designed to be inconvenient and grossly expensive. I moved into BearValley Park Apt back in 2005 and I love it her. I love the management they take good care of you. It's a beautiful complex and they take great care of it. It's so convenient for me, the neighbors are great. So if your looking for a place give them a call.
