the wait is ridiculous when u are there (waited 40 minutes for my daughter to be seen for her appt) but I can relate to working in a doctor's office myself....I was going to be 5 minutes late, called out of respect and was told to reschedule....it seems that they don't care about how much time they take from you....my time is just as much valuable as theirs!
