I would absolutely recommend them! They got me in within a couple hours of calling with tooth pain and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. They took me across the hall, had me wash my hands and took me to a room with a tv on the wall and a comfy chair. The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. I ended up having a tooth removed and a bone graft done. The whole experience was great and they put my anxiety at ease!
The staff are first rate, the facility is state of the art and the service is the best!
Yes, I highly recommend Bear Valley Dental Care. They have the most friendly caring staff. They always answer your questions and care about their patients. They are highly knowledgeable. It use to hurt to have my teeth cleaned because of sensitivity of my teeth but with their caring staff my cleanings are pain free. Thank you Bear Valley Dental Care my smiles are truly bright!!!!!!
Not a huge fan of the dentist, especially when there is an issue such as a cavity, chipped tooth, etc. I needed a crown put on my chipped tooth and the staff did an excellent job explaining the process, checking to be sure I was ok all throughout the process, and were flexible with scheduling follow up appointments. Being new to the area, finding a dentist was a bit daunting. Bear Dental made it easy. They sent a great flyer to my home that detailed their approach and scheduling with insurance was super easy. The office itself has an updated and modern look and they offer pleasing amenities. I was thrilled when I learned I could watch Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned - there is even a TV on the ceiling! For a new patient, this office was wonderful! I chipped a tooth and called my regular dentist they wouldn't be able to get me in for over a week. I called Bear Valley and they were able to get me in immediately. They staff was very friendly and helpful, over and beyond. The Dr. was amazing, first question was "Tell me a little about yourself", not just another body coming through the office.
