I just drove to Jacksonville to buy an American made product and left empty handed. I met the owner of the company and his son and they are both complete jerkoffs who don't care about customer service or sales. I witnessed both of them interacting with employees and their behavior was absolutely disgraceful. My first and certainly not my last visit . Enjoyed the visit. Bought several knives and tools . Enjoyed the tour by Very Knowedgable lady. Awesome n Friendly staff.
At the annual Bear and son's open door sale there was a large selection of lives to chose from at a fantastic price. All the people were super nice, friendly, and helpful. I recommend anyone that hasn't been to the annual open door sale to go and see what they have to offer.
