Beautiful, well built townhouses close to downtown Banner Elk. There's a lovely creek and community picnic area. It's a small group of townhouses that are level entry, have single car garages and cost around $350k. Most of the units have some kind of mountain view, some better than others. The biggest plus is there's no hill or curvy road to get to them, the biggest minus is being so close to the road it's noisy- that's the trade off.
