I am not a complainer!!!! But I have this on my chest I bring my daughter 13 to the clinic on September 25 after running high fever for 3 days. She was seen by NP, Dr.was not even there. We were sent home. They said she is ok. Same night fever went up to 103.4 Long story short. On October 1st morning I have to call 911 for my daughter. Her fever was 104.1 she was not able to standing up,she was vomiting,talking nonsense. 3 bags of fluid given at the hospital - severely dehydrated. This clinic is garbage Moms. I wouldn’t recommend taking your children here. Everytime we come, we wait about two hours after the appointment just to be seen. And the nurse practitioners are too quick without actually examining my children. Not to mention the staff are very rude. Bear Creek Pediatric Clinic
Always have a problem with getting my daughters Speech Theraphy renewal done here now and they knew what I was coming in for and now the doctor that I'm suppose to see is not here why did I even take my child out of school for a waste of my time it's a on going thing for this I will be changing doctors
The doctors don't address your concerns and the wait takes forever. They find any way to charge you extra. The rooms are dirty and old and not up to date. Switching doctors asap!
I've been coming here for 3 years and never had a long wait even without an appointment.. I even recommended to a friend and they bring their kids still.
