RecommendedBest place to live in Merced!! Not only is it a secure, nice, quiet place the people who take care of the place and run it are amazing! Always there when you need help always quick, courteous, and friendly! Loooove it!!!
I Love This Place But I’m Confused As To Why They’re Not Willing To Renew My Lease. There Are No Issues That I’m Aware Of. I’m A Good Tenant And Have No Issues Paying My Rent On Time. Does Anyone Have The Owners Contact Info So That I May Get Some Answers.
Worse place! Takes forever for them to fix things or they beat around the bush around shit. I have 3 lumber nails holding my kitchen drawer open (what kinda shit is that?) took them about 3 months to fix the Ac so didn’t have AC this summer not to mention my 2 year old was waking up sweating at 3 am while the house was still at 87 (I have pics) we’ve been harassed multiple times getting blamed for stuff that’s not even us. I’ve lived here for almost a year and a half and I wish there were more stars to rate these apartments! It’s a great place to call home. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. They are extremely fast to fixing anything that needs to be fixed. The facilities and grounds are extremely clean and well kept up on. Also the landscaper does such a beautiful job every week. Been here for 3yrs.. Awesome place to live management and there whole team are wonderful.. I'm going to miss living at Bear Creek Park Apts..
My kids and I feel safe here....friendly community and management and staff are thebest! Very friendly, always helpful and are great to my kids as well. I love it here and it's like a big family here, the best place I've ever lived, love the community pizza parties, and things helps bring people together again
