Today I brought my kids in as their second time here. I am a little upset that as my second time here I am just now finding out that my insurance isn't in network. I didn't get a bill from the first time my kids were here 6 months ago and now all of a sudden I have a bill. I am upset cause not only did I not get a call to give me a heads up but before I ever went to the first appointment I called way ahead of time to make sure I was cover.
