RecommendedGreat place for family dentistry!
I don’t want to give a one star but I have to. This place is ridiculous. I guess you pay for nothing which is what happened to me. I will say the staff are sweet and kind but the service and the wait is horrible. I waited over 3 months for literally nothing after paying $750 and running my insurance to the max. When I called to pay the remaining balance they told me they would return my call with the doctors schedule but took months to get an appointment for that almost perfect smile they said I would get. This office is great! I bring all my children here. The staff is really nice and accommodating to my very terrified daughter. The dr is amazing as well, understanding and quick to get my daughter in and out. I definitely would recommend anyone to come to bear creek dentistry.
I would recommend Bear Creek Dentistry only to be seen by Dr. Le... last year he saw me right away for a “tooth emergency”. He extracted one tooth (bottom/right side), I never felt a thing. I never even felt him inject the needing for numbing. Today, I was seen by a different Dr. and had the most opposite experience. It was horrible, I was there for a deep cleaning and a filling, for the lower left quadrant. Unbelievably friendly staff! The hours are great and even open Saturdays! They make it easy to find a time that works for me to come in, even with my buddy schedule.
