I am ever so grateful to have been accepted into Dr. Mastin's practice at Bear Creek Dental. Thank you for your very thorough first visit with me. I received a great cleaning from Denise who explained many things to me as she worked, and Dr. Martin took the time to explain in detail the work that I need to have done in the near future. All the staff was kind, helpful, and very welcoming! Thank you!

I was so worried about coming in for this appointment. I knew something was very wrong but I was scared of what might have to be done. Though it was not a lovely time, I think this was as good an experience a person could have getting a root canal. Dr. Mastin was great and communicated with me constantly, which helped alot. I felt like a new person the very next day. Thankyou!

Appointment on time. Thorough check up and cleaning. Staff also was proactive regarding possible crown and when to have the work done to get the most benefit from my insurance. Always a pleasant experience.

Great staff that makes you feel at home. Shows real interest in your health. Started going to Bear Creek Dental years ago. Now all my family members use Bear Creek Dental.

I was very nervous going in since I had not been to the dentist in a very long time, but the staff put me right at ease. I felt very comfortable, was treated with respect and staff explained what they were doing and seeing in my mouth. I have already told family and friends to try this office.

The entire staff was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. They took their time and explained everything in a fun and positive way. She left feeling good and I will definitely be returning for her cleanings and anything else we might need.

My visit wasn't perfect because I had no cavities. It was perfect because the staff is so caring. From check in with Linda, to Denise's thorough check, to Marilyn just checking on my well being and catching up. Oh and Doctor Jesse is the best. He checked everything one more time. It is like going to visit family, not at all a "dentist" visit. Or maybe this is how it was always supposed to be. Anyway, go check them out!
