After establishing care for our five animals there, we were refused an emergency appointment by the receptionist. I wonder why she was responsible for deciding this? He had a rapid heartbeat and a cough. He died in my arms as I desperately sought a clinic that would admit him. I have since discovered that Bravecto is extremely toxic to some animals and I believe it killed my otherwise healthy best friend. Merck is actively suppressing the evidence. Dr. Nile and staff at Bear Creek took great care of my rescue bunny when she had to have a leg amputated because we found her with a badly broken leg. Love them and the great service they provide to our pet family members. �
My dog has severe anxiety and aggression towards strangers. When I took him in for a teeth cleaning and growth removal they accommodated him in ways no other clinic would. They are thorough, caring, fun, and they treat you like family. I was always afraid to take my dog to a vet because of his problems. It is such a relief to find a vet that we can trust. I highly recommend them to anyone!
