The staff at BCAC are caring and professional. They know their stuff. I am grateful for the care they gave to our cat Beanie at the end of her life. Victoria, Alice, and their staff went above and beyond to ease her — and my — pain. I highly recommend them.
My senior cat had terrible teeth problems. The staff was so good with him, extracted three teeth and got him out of pain! Thank you so much!
We lost our beloved Bodhi after an emergency appointment promised to my wife was given away while we were en route. He died in my wife’s arms while we desperately tried to find help at a different clinic. The receptionist was not only unresponsive but seemed amused when I called to fire them and directed the records for all our pets to a new vet. I am appalled by the office staff in this clinic hence the one star review.
