Traveling from Florida we had a flat tire , went in to have it repaired. It was just a valve stem they told us . He replaced the valve stem and put that tire back on out truck and put the spare back under the truck when it belonged. And never charged us. They were all so friendly and caring. Thank you so much.
We're from St Paul, MN on a trip to visit every courthouse in Wyoming. The trailer we pull behind our m-cycle blew a tire on WY 120 about 45 miles south of Cody. Bear Co had a replacement tire in stock and were ready for me when I rolled in at 5:50, 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. These guys helped out a friend of mine when they didn't have to. It's good to see businesses that are also willing to help someone out from time to time.
Very friendly, and professional. Thought we had a coolant leak, so they preformed a pressure test and noted that it held pressure, and one hose clamp that may have culprit. They charged us nothing. Thank you Bear Co. Tire! Greg Mead
Ended up getting a flat on my way to work. Took my tire to these guys and they had me fixed up in no time! And they replaced my spare with my fixed tired for me! Really appreciated that! Thanks a lot guys! Keep up the good work!
Fast and friendly service. Staff was professional and courteous. They did not have the part on hand but gave a quick call to the part store across the street and had it in minutes. We were on the road in no time. Thought the prices were resonable too. Would highly recommend.
