We had some issues with our brakes on our way down from the Big Horn Mountains (Alt Hwy 14 - OMG HILL: 10% grade for 10 miles plus 8% for another 4 miles)... Toyota Tacoma hauling Taxa Cricket - not too heavy but felt like it on this stretch. We came to Yellowstone from Illinois on vacation. My young daughter who lives in California met us here. Well I don't know how she made it here with bald tires. i checked her car over and noticed a loose tie rod end as well. Not a big deal at home where I own a shop. But a huge deal here. Bear co. Was able to get my daughters car in the next day. When we picked it up, it was $120 less than they quoted over the phone and we get a $50 rebate on the tires. These folks have been taking care of me since I started driving. The service they just provided my family is top notch even for them. Bear Co will be our shop as long as we live here.
