The trainee receptionist didn't transfer the information from the form I filled out to my file. The hygienist forgot to give me the hygiene instruments she had promised. Though it should have been in the file, because I wrote it on the check-in form, the dentist forgot to write a prescription for the Colgate Prevident toothpaste I use. Linda is the best Hygenist I have ever had! Dr Gallegos was very nice and filed my chip tooth. Really appreciated him taking time out to help me.
The examination by the dentist was very brief, seemed like 30 seconds. Who was that masked man?
The dental hygienist was thorough and explained everything well. The doctor was informative as well.
I have lost feeling on part of my tongue. This occurred when I was going in for my permanent crown. Previous crowns I have never had a injection. When I was injected it felt like I was being electrocuted. I ask her to stop and she said she hit a nerve, I be alright. Right now they want me to see a specialist. Not sure what that is going to do except tell me it will take X amount of time. Very disappointed
