I had an appointment yesterday (June 30) to get my permanent porcelain crown. This is my second visit with Bear Canyon Family Dentristry and their professionalism and care continues to amaze me! I, like many others, have always feared the dentist and they never fail to explain every step and it always puts me at ease. Thank you!
Well done, very quickly, had to wait for the doctor to do a final check
The tech who does my bi-annual cleaning is great. However, I did not not get a chance to have the Dr look at my teeth and a cavity I need to have refilled. After waiting 15 min the DR still had to do a filling for another patient so I had to leave.
Timely service, personnel very pleasant to deal with from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists. Always a fun time at Bear Canyon Family Dentistry!
I am completely satisfied with everyone and everything at Bear Canyon Dentistry.
I have asked for a copy of x-rays and they have not been sent to me. On the first day I called the office back to up date my status that medications were not doing their job. After one hour no one had called me, I called back then was told I could double up the antibiotic.

X-rays were sent out in secure form at 9:52 am, they were also sent to OMSA, per patient request
All personnel in the office are very professional and very friendly which makes for a good visit.
All of my concerns were addressed and my anxiety was understood and subdued. My team was excellent to help lessen my fear of the dentist. My treatment plan was explained and set up the same day! So pleased that there are providers who care about the patient and the money!!!
