Good quality vanilla beans. Never had a problem with quality or shipping! This is the only place I order my beans from.
I am still waiting for customer service 2 hours later. Let me just order my beans. Nobody answers the phone.
I emailed asking about getting the rest of the beans that I ordered and have been ignored in two emails. I am not happy and will not order from beanilla again. I ordered 2lbs of Indonesian Beans and 50 Madagascar Beans intending on making 30 16oz bottles of vanilla extract for Christmas presents. What a wonderful surprise to find 352 beans in the 2 lb package that was estimated to have 280-310 so I had enough in there to make 35 bottles and still have the 50 Madagascar Beans left to make other goodies with!
