I love this business. We buy a lot of vanilla beans to make homemade vanilla extract for our corn allergy child and these beans have always been fantastic. The ground vanilla beans are amazing too. My favorite is the vanilla extract kit that comes with the bottle. Keep up the good work!
I have ordered both from Beanilla and sister company SpiceJungle and have never had an issue with them. They always ship within a day or two at most and I've been surprised at how quickly I receive their products, which I absolutely love by the way.
So I ordered almost $300 of supplies with enough time to get the product before I needed it for a job that I had coming up. Only to find out that it had made it all the way to the local distribution center, and then sent back to the company without even trying to deliver it. I call UPS, and they tell me Beanilla, requested the package be sent back to them, and Beanilla tells me that they have no information on them doing that. Well - excellent quality. Good service so far and it's order number 3. But the price escalated last order and I was disappointed.
Wonderful beans. They inspire me to cook. Thinking of creme patisserie right now. :-)
