I think Dr. Beane is a great an caring doctor that listens well to his patients. I saw Dr. Beane 11 years ago for a back surgery and have been pain free all this time. I just saw him recently for a sciatica issue which I am scheduled for an injection soon. On the other hand both times while waiting on an MRI approval and a nerve block injection I constantly was making phone calls back and forth between the insurance and the office to see which side dropped the ball in the communication of trying to get another appointment wh... read more

He replaced both my knees. Very nice and listens to you.
Had rotator cuff surgery. Tear was complete. Dr. Beane explains everything in detail, so there is no surprises. Always seems to care about the patient. Never rushes.
Workman's comp me to Dr Bean for shoulder pain, he recommended surgery because I have a complete tear in my rotator. I found Him to be very knowledgeable very compassionate and very friendly. I really did like him. Upon doing further research I found that Greensboro Orthopedic, Now Emerge ortho does not mention Him as one of their surgeons that does shoulder surgery, after reading his reviews I couldn't find a review for shoulder surgery so for my own peace of mind I did want to seek out a doctor who did specialize in should... read more
11 months ago I could hardly walk, had severe lower back and leg pain/numbness largely due to spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis in my lumbar region. Dr Beane diagnosed accurately my problem and successfully performed the surgery. Today I am not only walking pain free, but playing golf as well. Dr Beane was fantastic and I would highly recommend him as a surgeon to anyone who has similar spinal issues.

Dr. Beane and his wonderful PA have been nothing but superb in their dedication to my care over the past few years. If not for their attentiveness and willingness to re-evaluate me when it became clear something was wrong after my first surgery, I'd still be in a world of hurt today. The first surgery was a complete success, but there was an underlying issue that cropped up and has now also been resolved thanks to a follow up surgery. Hats off to Dr. Beane and his staff!
