Had a yorkiepoo whom got hit by a car and jaw was broken and hanging we had little money he rewired her jaw kept her over night and gave us antibotics and pain meds for her for free bc we couldn't afford it amazing place
RecommendedDr. Brester was an amazing vet. He loved all the animals. The veterinarians that are there now are very caring as well ☺️
Waited 4 1/2 hours and they aren’t any cheaper now than other places. Money hungry. We need old vet back. He cared
Unfortunately i have made my last trip to this vets office!!!! I've been going here for almost 20 years now and its changed for the worse. The new people have been rude, can definitely tell its about money now and not the animals too smh... this use to be the best place on earth for any animal lover to go too but now.........just like the rest so ill save some time and go elsewhere from now on... you guys just lost a loyal customer i know you dont care but just know your office was the SHIT before it changed to shit......
Had a wonderful experience with the NEW Bean Blossom Clinic. My GSD becomes very stressed at the vet and especially hates shots. Her previous vet was very impatient with her and would yell at her. Went to Bean Blossom today to get her Rabies vaccine and the doctor and nurse were on the floor talking to her and petting her to calm her. So much so that she didn’t even flinch with the shot. Wonderful experience and will be my new permanent vet �
Prices went up slightly but still worth the 45 min drive. Have been going there for over 10 yrs, and we do miss Dr. B!
Dr. Andrew Mills is the best! I don’t care if you see him at BBAC, Franklin Animal Clinic, or Martinsville, you get quality care from him. Always upbeat and friendly. It is obvious he loves his job! Keep up the good work!
They are very good people. Great place we will be back.
Dr. Brester would have always seen pets as long as he was still at the office in case of an emergency. He never turned any one away especially 30 minutes before closing just because it wasn't an hour ahead of time. Very disappointed in Bean Blossom now and hope we don't lose our great pyrenese now. Very poor service. Brester actually cared about the animals first and foremost. That is something rare to find and doesn't exist with anyone else apparently.
