Great experience with a very professional staff. I have a rescue dog who can be temperamental and they were so patient and kind to help him through the experience of a new Vet clinic
I love all the people that work there. They really care for my animals. They are loving and understanding. The take the time to understand my pet's problem and thoroughly ensure that I am taking home a well pet.
I recently took my Golden Retriever named Garu to them, he was really sick, unfortunately he didn't make it, they were really supportive during this difficult time. Yesterday we received in the mail a package from them, I never imagined that they did this: it had a paw print and pieces of Garu's hair inside!, this gesture brought happy memories to our family. I will forever be grateful and for sure we will continue going with them when our new puppy Lola gets into trouble. Thank you for eveything
We had a basset that was diabetic and pancreitase. Dr. Finney came in and looked at Rusty and asked to see the meds that we were given. he looked at one medication that was given to us for his pancreitase and it was for pain. Again Dr. Finney asked why they didn't give medicine to cure the pancreitase. he looked at Rusty and asked us questions about Rusty as he examined him. He said he did not have pancretise . He asked that we leave him for a day so they can run tests on him. We did and yes he was diabetic. no he did not ha... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Finney and he is amazing with my animals! I recommend him to everyone who wants a vet who takes time to explain what is going on with your pet and who gives them a calm environment to be in! He goes the extra mile and you really cant beat that! Thank you Dr. Finney!
The staff is really nice and friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
Been going for years and now it seems like they just don't care anymore. Also don't understand why they can't answer a phone either
the staff and doctor are sincere, and knowledgeable. I am glad that there is an affordable, cost effective option for working families that need to have their fur babies attended to without the stress on how it was going to be paid for.
We were on vacation visiting family when our 14yo cairn terrier needed attention for lethargy and pain. Tick illnesses were eliminated, and Galliprant was prescribed. Our buddy was feeling better by end of day and nearly normal upon returning home. We followed up with our home vet, and he agreed with the assessment and medication. We appreciate the prompt, thorough, and courteous care given by the staff and Dr. Pinkerton.
