Today was our first visit since Dr. Brewster retired. We took our fur baby in today and received a devastating diagnosis but the Dr and the nurse were both so compassionate and gentle with our big boy I am forever grateful.

They gave my beloved old chihuahua an antibiotic shot of COVENIA for a local infection without telling me of the possible side effects. My dog was on deaths door for 2 weeks. Couldn’t eat or drink and became paralyzed and couldn’t walk. I called Bean Blossom for help and all they said was “we use it all the time” thank God I called another vet hospital because they told me to quickly get benedryl which Countered the poison shot and saved her life! Absolutley disgusted and shocked by the way I was treated by the Dr we just saw. She was rude and insulting. It's truly a shame that this is what has become of Doc Brester's legacy. This woman had terrible bedside manner and I refuse to ever see her again. The rest of the staff was friendly, but that Dr needs to go!
