Must be aware of surroundings. You have to get to know your neighbor if you want your apartment to be watched out for and vice versa. There is not enough parking when the units are filled. Management can be difficult. This property is extremely close to the beltway and 45. Right in from of a school. Grocery and shopping are only 15-20 minutes away. Convenience is why i stay.
