Mr. Beale was the 1st to respond and give a very reasonable quote for a 3500 + square foot home, which he said hasn't been cleaned in at least 5 years. As recent home owners we noticed that the vinyl had areas that were stained in a mossy mewdew substance. It is our plan to hire Mr. Beale in the spring to handle our decks! Excellent service and thankfully the weather was nice Thursday.

Beale power washed the exterior front and back sides of my townhouse which had not been power washed since I moved into it in 1998. After he finished, my townhouse looks brand new...there's a shine to it and I'm extremely satisfied with the professional result. Beale's Capet Upholtery did a good job powerwashing my deck and fence. Beale's was priced reasonably.
I hired this company because they were the first to call and could meet my schedule however they weren't equipped to complete the job. He didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the gutters on my basement plus two story home. He cut me a break on the price, but that didn't relieve the fact that part of my gutters still need to be cleaned.
Quick response to my request for a quote for power washing my house. He was flexible to suit my timing and showed up on time as agreed. He took his time and was thorough.
Good and clean job performance. I will hire for other jobs too.
