Horrible customer service. I just tried to get someone on the phone and it took me five tries to get an answer. Also, who has a Christmas Party on a UTA day? Out Reservists have limited time to get their medical done, and you're off partying. That really is bad!
First impressions are very important. My first visit to the clinic went perfectly. SSgt. Loven and Capt. Lawton were prompt, friendly, and professional. Each are a credit to 9 MDOS.
