Beale Medical group, You need to fix the phone lines and figure out the referral process to make it easier for the patient. It's not my job to follow up repeatedly with referrals.....I'm not getting paid, they are!

Very bad service, place should be closed and just have everyone go to an offbase medical provider.

Get more doctors. Pay someone to work in the pharmacy instead of using volunteers. Urgent care is not our clinic. We should not have to wait 2 months for cases of pink eye, yeast infections, and the flu. There should be same day appointments or sick call hours available for cases such as these, instead of a "just go to urgent care" so we can sit there for 3 hours with only to be told what we already know and given a prescription we can't fill until the next day because the clinic is already closed and is 30 minutes away. You a have better chance of dying or winning the lottery before getting a appointment in a reasonable amount of time (soonest two months out). Also if you are in severe pain you have to listen to a recording of their commander saying he cares about you, before dealing with the automated system and talking to a human to find out the clinic is incapable of providing service. This is the only clinic worse than the one on DM.

My PCM has been ok, but the pharmacy is garbage. It was hell to try to get a refill. They have been out of my meds for over a week and I have been trying to get it filled. Then when I tried to transfer to a Walgreens, because I’d rather pay out of pocket than deal with them, they told Walgreens they had no record of my medication. I’m over it. They also have no weekend hours. So u less you work on base don’t bother. Will never be going to that pharmacy again if I can help it.

PCMs don't care. Just had my PCM throw a yellow complaint form at me instead of trying to solve the problem. He told me he did not understand my request and that I should come back. He said he does not have time to discuss the matter because he had actual patients and he is backed up. Instructed me to wait and that he might, sign my form. I was at the facility for 10am til 5pm waiting. They took my BP and weight. I had an appointment. I drove for over an hour to get to the facility.

I like the clinic. I also understand that people can be part of the solution, instead of complaining and being part of the problem. I say volunteer at the clinic.
