Just used to "book now" button, and that was the easiest appointment I have ever booked. This is fantastic.
Sick and tired of them feeling they can just change your PCM at any point in time. Instead they make you drive out to base to sign a piece of paper but don't seem to read the paper that have you sign to change your PCM back cause they just change it again a couple month later. Can't even order my kid his Epi Pen because they changed his PCM again without again any notification at all. Had an amazing experience with my sons circumcision procedure. The team doing the procedure and post procedure checks were absolutely awesome. They made sure we both had everything we needed while we waited around for post procedure checks. The doctor and nurse answered any and all questions thoroughly. Very, very pleased. Thank you!
It was super awesome that after my pain management referrals were messed up over a month ago that I am finally hearing back from doctors. It would have been nice to hear from them four weeks ago after phone calls and Micare messages trying to get some help for my pain. Not sure what is going on over in Family Health, but all I can say is thank goodness for the lady at the call center who took care to push a referral through in February so I was able to get my injection done yesterday. The providers/clinic techs were awesome but every time I have called it was awful! The automated system is so frustrating! Many times when I try to either use an extention or I hit the button for the department I need it doesn't work and instead it restated the prompts. I then have to hang up and try it over, there has been times where ive hung up and started over 4 times before. My second complaint is that in the rare event I get through and when the operator trys to transfer me the call gets disconected and I then have to ... read more
