This company sucks i stay in the hidden garden apt in toledo i have black mold in my front closet an my upstairs neighbor loud has two dogs her daughter and her small grandchild and boyfriend staying there barking all night kid running all night i had to call the police twice they ask her to keep it down everyone has dogs and no one pick up the dog do do so u stepping on it they never answer phone in office or fix anything someone need to close this company they don't care about tenants just money 😠
Gabriella was very responsive, on a weekend no less, in fixing my lack of heat issue. I appreciated that!
We've lived at 445 W Wellington for half a year now and we're very happy. Our engineers, Fadila and Dennis, are amazing. They are very hardworking, often working 7 days a week, and you can tell they take their work very seriously. They are also super attentive and friendly to the residents. We definitely plan to renew our contract.

I live at 560 West Aldine and Fatmir and Art are absolute stars! Fixed out tub and our door in minutes! They’re quick, respectful, and most of all they were extremely courteous of our space. Love the guys! 10/5 stars!!!
I live at 445 W. Wellington and I have had nothing but great service. Dennis the building manager is quick to respond to any issues I am having. He is always keeping the common areas clean and is very friendly in passing. The building itself is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this building.
This company by far, been the biggest stresser for me since moving into our apartment. I could sit here and list all of the issues we have had, but I have to focus on one thing that is particularly concerning. When we moved in, we immediately noticed that the drain in the bathroom did not fully drain out ever. Our first building engineer found a temporary fix for this issue. Since living here for 11 months it's been the worst experience I've had in my 13 years living in Chicago. We were lied to from the get go, saying there were security cameras, that they were going to replace the washers with card systems instead of quarters. But the biggest things are that we've had 17 water shut offs and as of writing this on Friday, we have not had hot water since Tuesday in our shower.
