I've lived in my apt for 7 yrs. Grace H. from Beal has always been very friendly, responsive and helpful in getting issues resolved & quickly. The head of Maintenance Zeno has also been very nice and helpful. I recently had to have refrigerator replaced and it all went very smoothly/timely from my email to Grace H. to a new refrigerator installed. Thanks for everything-much appreciated. Karen B.

Moving from Texas this building company to Brandon the maintenance manager are amazing. The office responds quickly as well as sending out constant updates. Brandon answer quickly and normally arrives within 30 min to fix whatever issue we may have. The timeliness to the professionalism really made this move here so much easier and me and my partner are very grateful
The building manager, Gabriella, is fantastic . I had an issue in my unit that needed immediate attention and she responded promptly and was able to get a building handy man to my unit in 5 minutes (or less) to check out the issue. The next morning, she and the maintenance man came first thing in the morning and permanently fixed the problem. I appreciate her clarity and timely-ness immensely. I know I can count on her.
Senad does an amazing job maintaining the building and making sure everything is always running smoothly. The building is consistently clean, well-maintained, and taken care of because of his effort and attention to detail.
