Honestly, so far no complaints! I've lived in my building for almost a full month and I'm really happy with my decision. The 5-star review though is for Mary K. from Beale Properties who was SO communicative and helpful during my search. Truly went above and beyond to help and I really appreciated it. Shout out Maryyyy
As a second-term MFA student in Chicago with limited rental experience, I couldn’t be more impressed with Beal Properties. Michelle B was wonderful in helping me find my beautiful studio, and the lease coordinators Emma and Lauren made the process seamless. I’d also like to give special thanks to Gabriella R, the Building Engineer, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my move into the building. Everyone in the office has been fantastic!
Christy was fantastic! She helped me see several units last minute to secure a new unit. At all hours, she was responsive, professional, and such fun to work with. We settled on a great studio in lakeview. I’ve lived with Beal Properties previously and have had nothing but a great experience with management and my building engineer. Looking forward to enjoying my new home!
Beal Properties have been helpful and professional - and I've lived in Beal apartments for years. Without going into all the personal details, I needed assistance with a particular change. I approached Barb, the always-responsive, always-helpful Director, and she assisted by offering some smooth, simple solutions. Michelle B. was absolutely amazing when it came to finding the apartment that was perfect for me. I had issues in my previous place and she was incredibly patient while I sorted that out, but also she was so on top of it with following up. She was truly wonderful to work with as well, such a welcoming and kind personality. I cannot recommend her enough for finding your dream apartment!
