My husband and I are leasing a unit at 944-954 W Grace in Wrigleyville. We love it here. The open plan units are very roomy for a one bedroom. Cool loft upstairs. We love the gated parking lot, especially since we are so close to Wrigleyfield. We have had multiple experiences with Julia, the Building Engineer and her husband Martin. I had issues with my apartment and management (specifically Ashley) just went above and beyond to assist me. Kat has also been great. I’ve only communicated with both of them via email, but they really have been super helpful with any problems I’ve encountered. Sam, my building engineer, is also great. The management was just so helpful to me that I would definitely consider living at another Beal property in the future.
I’ve had a really great experience with our building manager, Vasif. He recently helped fix my heating issue, and it was resolved within just one day, which I truly appreciate. Every time I’ve reached out for maintenance, he has been responsive, professional, and efficient. It makes a big difference knowing that issues will be taken care of quickly and with a positive attitude. Thank you for the excellent service!
Giant rat issue in 837 Wolfram Property. You will have 4-5 2 pound rate walking around in your apartment like in unit 310 below me. Beal has struggled to solve the issue. I wish I was joking. I had a single large rat walk right in front of me by my trash can during the date. The lady below me won’t live at her apartment it is so bad. Unit 210, and 110 have issues as well.
