I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY TO LIVE HERE. If there was negative 100 star I’d give it without hesitation. 1) my car got vandalized in their paid parking($200 a month) they don’t have cameras there and not responsible for ANYTHING. Since my car insurance didn’t cover vandalism I had to pay out of my pocket $900 and asked management if at least they could give me 1 month free parking. I grew up in the North Shore and this area, but Beale is so greedy, they will rent to degenerate druggies and other criminals. They decimate all towns they rent in, because everything is about the almighty buck and not keeping the communities safe. Out of town criminals are welcomed with open arms because they don't care about destroying safe towns. I grew up two blocks from the building I'm in, but no one is from this area. I can strongly recommend Beal Properties! With my wife and child, we're relocating to Chicago - and the apartment we found with them is fantastic, with a good price as well. The main reason why I can strongly recommend them is that their team was very friendly and helpful, plus super fast and professional. We needed to arrange the relocation of some of our furniture from Europe, and they were super helpful with the logistics of this happening. Looking forward to living in the place! Boris and Katrine

I just signed a lease with them. Moving to a new city can be stressful, but they made it a smooth transition. Every question I had was answered quickly and in full. I had some trouble with their website making a payment. When I let them know they were understanding, took a look at their website right away, and fixed the problem.
Building manager Mehdin is nice, professional and very efficient!!! I really appreciate him helping me :) thank you always Mehdin!!!
Cornel takes care of me at 4546 damen. He is extremely prompt, replies quickly, and is always working to keep the place running smoothly. Any time I request assistance, he is usually there within 24 hours to help.
