Beadles provided an estimate of work to be done for the seller on a house we were buying. After the closing, I contacted Beadles by email including the estimate and requested a new estimate for just some of the repair items. They responded in one day and I was called a day later to schedule a visit which was one day after that! I give 2 stars because they completed the work and most of it is acceptable. First off I was rescheduled twice because his employees kept calling in sick. Secondly when they finally showed up they were late and then they took lunch shortly after. 3rd they didn’t show up with the correct parts so they had to run and get the correct parts. 4th is their billing and invoices way to confusing and so many. I've had Beadles do work for me in the past so when I saw drain flies in my house I called them for help. They did a free assessment under my house to make sure there were no leaking pipes and no standing water. Kellen is competent, thorough, and professional. It's great to find a company you can trust. I referred them to a friend who had several companies come look at the water under her house problem. She was really pleased with Beadles, their immediate fix, and the fair price.
I heard about Beadles on the radio. I had some issues with a door that needed adjusted and wanted a new storm door installed. They gave me a fair quote and was able to complete the work quickly. I will use them again on my next repair for sure.
This is a great company. When we sold our house, we needed to put a vapor barrier in for the buyers. They were prompt, affordable, and professional. I went on to use this company to help with some plumbing projects in a basement that I was finishing. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them.
