Can’t say enough good things about this property management company. We have had a few maintenance issues with our apartment and they have resolved the issues within a matter of hours. We always get quick responses and the communication is always pleasant. We will continue to rent through them until we purchase our own home.
They are nice at the beginning. After you rent from them they have a long list of rules. They are rude with everything. Felt like it was always something. Don’t even think about having a plant in your own porch. If they could control how you cook, clean & sleep they WOULD. Not a simple request ever made with them it was always demanding answeres or “ we need this or 3 day notice will be given”. So happy my apartment complex changed property managements.
Nepulus apartments are too hot. Neighbors including manager are always watching your every move, will make up rumors, and Carolyn will take their word for it even if it’s not true. Carolyn (Property Manager) has been made aware of rumors and stalking, but does not care and is Okay with it. Owner should consider a different property management.
Do not rent from them ! At first there all nice once you have already given deposit then they give u a whole other list of “rules” .
