I just completed my first AIDS lifecycle (7-days, 545mile bike ride from San Francisco - Los Angeles) and I managed to ride every mile, every day thanks in part to Charlie's work. Halfway through my training, i started seeing Charlie when my bike rides started causing excruciating knee pain. Feeling relieved and grateful to have found Charlie. I've been struggling with back and hip pain for a while, and what is a mystery to everyone else is a set of simple body mechanics for him. His mix of manual therapy and exercises that I'll do on my home has me feeling more cared for and hopeful than I have in a long time.
