My son had repair of his labrum yesterday. Dr. Rolf was great and the nursing staff was amazing. Thank you!
Process to get an appointment was frustrating and the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I arrived early for paperwork but my doctor is running at least 20 minutes late. Terrible first impression.
I felt very rushed. Doctor had a surgery to get to. He seemed too busy to answer my questions. Told me to "look it up on the internet". I've had very good experiences before this one.
My wife had rotator cuff surgery on May 11 and the event was made easy by the staff. Dr Argos was great and went very quick, so quick I thought something went wrong. Pain block is still working 24 hours later which is not guaranteed. Pain level is only a 2 today, pain meds on an as needed basis so far. We expect pain to go up but we are following directions and icing as prescribed.
