Well since my mom desperately needs an MRI ordered (and has already seen Dr. Argo), having to call twice because the messages left at the office haven’t been returned is pretty ridiculous. Last week she left a message and no call back. Today again and no call back as of yet. Ridiculous. People don’t call your office unless they have an emergent need. You should return calls in a more timely fashion, or at all for that matter...and if you can’t do that then don’t give people the option. Obviously there’s a HUGE disconnect tha... read more
