While living here there has been highs and lows… the highs include the unit itself it’s spacious, nice kitchen, dog friendly. My boyfriend and I have lived here since May and have had continuous issues with parking. If you get home any later than 5:30 good luck finding parking… we live on the far side of our complex and sometimes have to park in front of the leasing office (if I’m lucky) or in the other complex. Worst place to live. The amount of money they charge you a month and how much they care about you staying here doesn’t add up. Walls are really shallow and you can hear everything from top to bottom , side to side. It’s really not worth the price they have it for. People in office are the worst help ever
Beacon Lakes has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The area is quite peaceful— you wouldn’t even know it’s just a moments drive away from a major freeway. For someone who lived on the island for three years before living here, this complex was a dream come true! I love to live in this apartment complex, my apartment has perfect size and good balcony. They have a lot of community activities. I participated in yoga class and I am very glad to meet our life coordinator Jaclyn, very nice environment to life !
Great Apartments to live at, Staff is very caring and helpful to residents. Manager Taylor does an amazing job
