I’ve been in one of their smaller and cheaper rooms for almost 4 months now. If you’re in travel healthcare on assignment at the hospital, know that this hotel is essentially screaming your name from across the street. I commute back home weekly, so I’m not sure if I’d love the smallest room so much if I was here on all my days off, but honestly… it still might be enough for me if that were my situation. Wonderful lodgings, but there's a 30 day minimum stay.
Stayed here for the outage at Fitzpatrick in the fall and it was excellent. Great service and great room with a really great price especially for the location. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town for work!
I stayed there for a short-term stay for work. This location was beautiful and historical. It is central to all the shops, restaurants, hospital, and so much more. The waterfront is close by so if you need to reset and walk around, you can walk there too! The hotel itself is lovely as it has a welcoming atmosphere with a microwave and mini-fridge and comfy bed. The staff is remarkable and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Beacon Hotel is the best place I’ve found to stay while in Oswego. Rooms are clean and has every amenity I need. The manager, Julie, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The full spacious kitchen with huge island is perfect for cooking meals so I don’t spend so much money eating out constantly. They also have a very large gathering area with big screen TV and on-site laundry facilities. The location is perfect.
