CURRENT RESIDENT- 8/11- theres currently 7 cars parked in and along the grass due to severe lack of parking. so unless you can afford to risk your car in their garage dont expect to have the parking the lease PROMISES you. so i now have video recording of maintnance going through our home with NO EMERGENCY, NO REQUESTS AND NO PERMISSION. DIDNT CONTACT ME AT ALL AND HAD NO ACTIVE REQUESTS. CURRENT RESIDENT- newest issue the apartment doesnt cool below 80 and when reported was told theres nothing wrong with the ac. so it runs CONSTANTLY at 72 and never gets below 80 i bought my own thermostat to prove it and was told im wrong its fine. I just met with Marizela to renew my lease at Beacon Hill West. It’s always a pleasure to talk with her. She’s not only helpful and informative but also kind, welcoming and never makes you feel rushed or that you’re taking up her time.
My mom is a resident at Beacon Hill and she is so happy with her apartment and the staff. Marizela has shown her such kindness and you can really tell that she cares about her residents and their needs. I highly recommend Beacon.
