The apartment was overall generally clean. The things that were wrong were fixed the same day we moved in.
The move-in was fine, but the place is not sufficiently clean and necessarily repaired up to par.
Extremely disappointed. Leaks in framing of window of one bedroom. So bad can not be lived in. Dripping into kitxhen cabinets on first level which has developed into mold. Dirty water dripping on counter. A bucket was placed to catch it so managment is clearly aware. Drip over the oven so teipped breaker. When burners turned on stove, back left stayed on which is serious fire hazard. Spiral staircase not secured at base on floor. No carpet on staircase but neighbors have it.
The apartment was not cleaned prior to Move in. The carpet was filthy, kitchen still had food in cabinets, smelled and question al security
