I have to put a star just to get the word out, sorry it’s long but it’s been a long 18 months with this terrible company. Would not rent here if you actually care about yourself. Multiple issues with management, ran by children who just want a paycheck. A goldfish could run this place better. Messed up my 16 month lease for a 6 month and instead of fixing it, they made me wait it out, sign a new lease where they charged me more per month then what I originally signed because they messed up… Had multiple issues with maintenan... read more
Awful do not rent here. Maintenance awful. In winter heat would not go above the 50's. Their answer was not to fix the furnace but provide an old space heater for a 3 br apartment. Could not live in apartment the last month because of flood. They called it a leak and would not deduct anything from last month rent. Charged me $50 because I could not get parking sticker off car to turn. The stickers have the school year so could not be transferred anyway. Look elsewhere.
