This Pharmacy is the absolute worst can't get hold of somebody when you need to but trying to straighten out a prescription for 45 minutes now keep getting the around all AI generated it's a sad world we live in when we can't even get a hold of our medical suppliers
My husband is deceased and my daughter and I are fortunate to have remained on his insurance, NYSHIP. Beacon Health was its mental health division (which we needed in our grief.) However since Carelon acquired, I received denials. First, because the policy is in his name and proof of payment by him must be shown - even tho they “have a note he is deceased.” Carelon sent a form to make me Alternate Payee.
